Join NJ REALTORS®, Senator Troy Singleton, and New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency's Manager of Business Development, Lakesha White, as they unveil brand new programs that promise to reshape the path to homeownership in New Jersey.

Thanks to Sen. Singleton's legislation, in the Fiscal Year 2024 State Budget, the NJHMFA has an additional $40 million for its Down Payment Assistance Fund dedicated to providing zero-interest, forgivable loans for down payment assistance to first-time homebuyers and additional assistance to first-generation homeowners. The new legislation also creates the Resilient Home Construction program to help rehabilitate homes and provide new affordable housing.
