As chief executive officer, Jarrod C. Grasso leads NJ Realtors® in its mission to serve the professional needs of its members, develop programs and services to conduct business successfully and ethically, and advocate for private property rights and the real estate industry. Jarrod joined the association in 1999 and was promoted to vice president of government affairs in 2002. For 9 years, he served as NJ Realtors®’ chief lobbyist before reaching his current role.

In addition to his work in New Jersey, Jarrod has maintained an active role on the national association level and served as a National Association of Realtors® Director and Chair of the Association Executives Committee in 2015. In 2006, Jarrod was honored by NAR with the Realtor® association Certified Executive designation, which recognizes his specialized industry knowledge and achievements. In 2013 Jarrod was inducted into the NAR Association Executives Committee’s Dr. Almon R. “Bud” Smith Leadership Society. Jarrod has been honored on numerous occasions for his work within the association and for his involvement in his local community.

Currently, he serves as vice-chair of the foundation board at Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health Community Medical Center and currently serves on the board of directors for the hospital. He is also a member of the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide Board. Jarrod also received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University in 2004. In 2015, Jarrod was recognized by the Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey with the Good Guy Award for his leadership in advancing policies in support of women and families. He has previously been selected by business publication, NJBIZ, as a winner in the annual “Forty Under 40” award program. In 2020, Jarrod received the National Association of Realtors® William R. Magel Award of Excellence for excelling in his role as an association executive.

Senator Troy Singleton has devoted his life to public service in government, political, and policy posts at all levels. His rapid rise to the highest levels of management in the New Jersey Legislature and as an elected official is a testament to his widely praised talent for assessing, developing, and implementing clear and pragmatic responses to major public policy challenges.

Senator Singleton graduated with a degree in business administration and finance from Rowan University. He began his career as Legislative Director for New Jersey Assemblymen Herb Conaway and Jack Conners in the district he would come to represent. He was honored to then serve as Deputy Executive Director of the New Jersey General Assembly Majority Office and Chief of Staff under the highly respected Assembly Speaker Joseph J. Roberts, Jr.

In 2011, he was elected to his first term in the New Jersey General Assembly, representing the over 220,000 residents of the 7th Legislative District. Senator Singleton was elected to the New Jersey State Senate in November 2017 and currently serves as Chairman of the Senate Community and Urban Affairs Committee, Vice Chairman of the Senate Economic Growth Committee, and as a member of the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee, and Judiciary Committee.

During his time serving in the legislature, Senator Singleton had a significant number of proposals signed into law. His primary focus is on job creation, economic development, domestic violence prevention and expanding educational opportunities for the children of the state of New Jersey. As such, Senator Singleton has received numerous awards for his public service and legislative acumen from business, education civic, labor and non-profit organizations.

Senator Singleton is currently employed as the President of Realogy Insurance Agency. Along with this busy career, Senator Singleton is a devoted husband and father of three who has long included personal involvement in his community as an essential component of his life. He is a past trustee at Rowan University, a past board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Camden County, New Jersey Council for the Humanities, the Burlington County Library Foundation, and the Garden States Arts Foundation. He also previously served as a Commissioner of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, a member of the VFW Post #3020 Men’s Auxiliary, the Trenton Civilian Emergency Response Team, volunteer coach with the Pennsauken Youth Athletic Association and Chairman of the Burlington County Bridge Commission. Singleton currently serves on the Rand Institute Advisory Board, as Co-Chair of New Leaders Council New Jersey, as an Advisory Board member for Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County and Greater Trenton-Princeton, and is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc and Shekinah Lodge #32 F & A M Prince Hall Affiliated.

Lakesha White, is the Manager of Business Development for the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. She has over 22 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, management and in business development. She holds an MBA from Walden University. She has served as a volunteer in local nonprofits in the South Jersey Community and a former board member of United Way Cumberland, Atlantic, and Cape May Region.
