Eric M. Bailey is the bestselling author of The Cure for Stupidity: Using Brain Science to Explain Irrational Behavior and President of Bailey Strategic Innovation Group, one of the fastest-growing human communication consulting firms in the United States. Eric has a diverse set of experiences that includes helping NFL All-Pro Larry Fitzgerald pet a rhinoceros, doing barrel rolls in an F-16, and chatting with LL Cool J on the campus of Harvard University.

Eric is the creator of the Principles of Human Understanding™, a leadership and communication methodology based in brain science and psychology. Eric’s unique style blends fact and emotion and finds ways to appeal to the analytical thinkers, the emotional feelers, and everyone in between. Eric has a unique ability to communicate seemingly complex concepts in practical, easy-to-comprehend ways, aiding in self-awareness and knowledge retention.

Eric has a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Saint Louis University and is a lifetime learner of human and organizational behavior. When not working or researching, you can find Eric and his wife Jamie racing on their road bikes, being cheered on by their three children.

Bill Hanley has been very involved with the REALTOR® organization on all levels for over 30 years. On a local level, Bill was named President of the Middlesex County Association of REALTORS® in 2000, 2001 and 2011.

On the State Level, he was elected President of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® in 2007. He also serves NJAR in various capacities, including first Vice-President, President of the NJAR Educational Foundation, President of Government Research Foundation, Trustee of the NJAR Housing Opportunity Foundation, Chair of Strategic Planning as well as member of the Risk Management Committee.

Bill has been a National Association of REALTORS® Director since 2004, and, in 2013, had the honor of being the NAR Region 2 Vice President overseeing New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has achieved the President’s Circle Hall of Fame for his contributions to RPAC.

In 2016, he was appointed by the Governor to serve as a commissioner for the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and currently serves as the 2022 Chairman for NAR’s Professional Standards Committee.

Katie Johnson is the General Counsel and Chief Member Experience Officer for the National Association of REALTORS®.

Katie joined NAR in 2007 and was appointed as General Counsel in 2014. As General Counsel, she is responsible for assuring that the programs, policies, and activities of NAR are in compliance with the law. She also is responsible for defending the association against legal challenges and initiating litigation to protect and preserve association assets and policies. As NAR’s Chief Member Experience Officer, she leads initiatives to enhance member engagement and satisfaction through delivery of trusted knowledge, resources and experiences that elevate member success and professionalism.

Katie has earned a juris doctorate and a master’s degree for Information Technology and Privacy Law. She lives in Chicago with her husband and three children.

Real estate is not only a career for Sam Powell but also a lifestyle, threaded throughout her work and play. A broker with Pride Homes Chicago, powered by eXp Realty, Sam has nearly two decades of experience in real estate and the skills to show for it.

Sam pursued a career in real estate after a friend of hers suggested she join him in the industry. A six-time recipient of the Chicago Association of Realtors®’ award for top-producing teams, Sam has also been recognized by as a top producer for the past three years with her previous brokerage and has received several awards for charitable giving from numerous industry organizations. She also gives back by co-hosting weekly workshops for peers via Zoom, offering them assistance with technical issues and education about apps that might have a meaningful impact on their business.

Outside of her real estate practice, Sam also gives back into the Real Estate Industry. When not in Chicago, she can be spotted traveling throughout the country speaking at local and national organizations and events. She has spoken for Inman, national & local Women’s Council of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, state associations, large and small real estate companies across the country, the National Young Professionals Network as well as local networks. She has been featured in Who’s Who of Chicago, Crains Business and on the cover of Chicago Agent Magazine.

Sylvia Seabolt is a REALTOR® from Rowlett, Texas and 2022 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. When Sylvia started working alongside her REALTOR® mom, Gale Dunn, in high school, she never counted on making a career in the field of real estate. She wasn’t counting on getting her real estate license in 2000 or obtaining her Texas Brokers License in 2008.

Never would Sylvia have guessed how many families she’s been able to help, the meaningful and cherished relationships she’s cultivated, or the pace of growth for the brokerage she and Gale now run together.

And she certainly couldn’t have predicted the number of offices and leadership roles she would embark upon over the next 18 years, serving in a multitude of elected roles and offices for local and national organizations. She has chaired numerous committees and served in various positions on both the local and State Level of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Lake Cities Association of REALTORS® Collin County Association of REALTORS®, MetroTex Association of REALTORS® and North Texas Young Professionals Network.

Beyond her expertise in relationship-building, influence, and cultivating talent, Sylvia’s a high-level strategist, applying her insights in technology and innovation as a current member of the Women’s Council National Executive Committee. Sylvia’s belief in supporting and promoting strong women REALTORS® is evident in her service, mentorship, and personal financial investment in RPAC.

White is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, became a Realtor® in 2001 and earned his broker’s license in 2005. He is currently the Branch Vice President-Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Spring Lake.

Since 2008, White has been an active Director of the Board for the National Association of Realtors®. Currently, he serves on the Broker Engagement Council and is a representative on the Top 75 Large Firm Directors. He is also a RPAC Golden “R” and in 2016 White was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame.

White has also served on the NJ Realtors® Board of Directors since 2008. He was Association Operations Division Officer in 2019, Professional Development Division Officer in 2018, and has chaired and served on numerous committees.

On the local level, Robert has been an active member of the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors® since 2002, been a member of the Executive Committee since 2008, and served as President in 2014 & 2015. He has also chaired many committees such as Associates, Budget and Finance, Grievance, MLS, Legislative & Political Affairs, and RPAC. In 2005 and 2015 White was named MORR Realtor® of the Year.

Over the years White has volunteered for a number of local organizations and is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Boys and Girls Club of Monmouth County. He is also serving his fourth term as President of the Interlaken Borough Council and is the Chair of the Administration & Finance Committee and the Public Safety Committee.

White lives in Interlaken with his husband of 22 years, Andrew DePrisco.

Keri has been a student of the mind and a thought leader from a very young age. Building a thriving real estate business from the age of 19 for over 20 years and then building 2 successful network marketing businesses has taught her about success through mindset and action.

Over the years, Keri studied with the great masters and thought leaders - Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Floyd Wickman, Zig Zigler, Tom Hopkins, Jack Canfield, Mel Robbins, Guy Kawasaki, Brian Tracy and Les Brown. The one resounding theme in each course she mastered was that WE control our projected futures. Our responses, or defaults and the perspectives that we have determine our quality of life.
