A 3-hour course which will satisfy both the NAR's ethics requirement and the NJREC Continuing Education requirements for ethics and fair housing. Join us for an understanding of how to practice real estate in the most ethical way possible and the actions taken when ethics are in question. In addition to the ethics component, the course will also review both the Federal and State Fair Housing guidelines in order to ensure equal housing opportunity for all.
