Lauren Norris Donahue is a partner in the firm's Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation and White Collar Defense and Investigations practice groups. She advises client on all aspects of antitrust law, including government enforcement, complex commercial litigation, domestic and international internal investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and antitrust compliance.

Lauren also advises clients on a wide array of antitrust and competition issues, including the antitrust aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Lauren has helped guide the firm's clients through US and international merger clearance and advises on a number of antitrust issues related to both horizontal and vertical mergers, gun-jumping, and pre-merger due diligence and integration planning.

Lauren’s practice includes counseling clients on antitrust compliance to help companies mitigate antitrust risks. She has represented US and multinational corporations in the establishment and maintenance of antitrust compliance and audit programs, regularly provides antitrust compliance training, and has been involved in the presentation of companies’ antitrust compliance programs to the Department of Justice Antitrust Division.

Lauren also advises the firm's health care clients on a variety of antitrust and competition issues, including competitor collaborations, information exchanges, group purchasing arrangements, hospital and physician group mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and clinical integration.

Lauren has been individually recognized for antitrust in Illinois by Chambers USA, Thomson Reuters, Lawdragon, and Crain’s. The firm's Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation group has been recognized by Chambers USA for Antitrust in Illinois (2020-2023), by Best Law Firms® Tier 1 Antitrust Law (2017-2023) and as the “Cartel & Trade Regulation Law Firm of the Year in Illinois” by the international review and assessment programs of both Corporate INTL Magazine and Global Law Experts (2016). Lauren is a frequent author and speaker on numerous topics relating to antitrust, government investigations, and compliance issues.

Lauren's commitment extends to providing pro bono legal services, and she has successfully represented several individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She is also actively involved in the firm-wide Women in the Profession Committee and is the chair of both the Chicago office's Women in the Profession Group, and the Chicago office's Associate Development Committee.

Lauren was a summer associate at a Chicago-based law firm in 2006. During law school, she was a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald Guzman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Also, she was a law clerk for a small insurance defense firm in Chicago throughout law school.

Mr. Goodman serves as Chief Counsel for the New Jersey REALTORS®. He focuses his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular concentration in real estate and real estate brokerage issues and municipal law. His experience also encompasses antitrust suits and corporate shareholder and partnership disputes. Throughout his career, a number of Mr. Goodman’s cases have resulted in published opinions that set precedents in New Jersey.

As chief executive officer, Jarrod C. Grasso leads NJ Realtors® in its mission to serve the professional needs of its members, develop programs and services to conduct business successfully and ethically, and advocate for private property rights and the real estate industry. Jarrod joined the association in 1999 and was promoted to vice president of government affairs in 2002. For 9 years, he served as NJ Realtors®’ chief lobbyist before reaching his current role.

In addition to his work in New Jersey, Jarrod has maintained an active role on the national association level and served as a National Association of Realtors® Director and Chair of the Association Executives Committee in 2015. In 2006, Jarrod was honored by NAR with the Realtor® association Certified Executive designation, which recognizes his specialized industry knowledge and achievements. In 2013 Jarrod was inducted into the NAR Association Executives Committee’s Dr. Almon R. “Bud” Smith Leadership Society. Jarrod has been honored on numerous occasions for his work within the association and for his involvement in his local community.

Currently, he serves as vice-chair of the foundation board at Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health Community Medical Center and currently serves on the board of directors for the hospital. He is also a member of the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide Board. Jarrod also received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University in 2004. In 2015, Jarrod was recognized by the Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey with the Good Guy Award for his leadership in advancing policies in support of women and families. He has previously been selected by business publication, NJBIZ, as a winner in the annual “Forty Under 40” award program. In 2020, Jarrod received the National Association of Realtors® William R. Magel Award of Excellence for excelling in his role as an association executive.

Mr. Hennessey concentrates his practice in commercial litigation involving real estate transactions, real estate brokerage law, business disputes, commercial contract actions, consumer fraud act claims, and professional malpractice cases. His practice also encompasses high stakes personal injury cases involving premises liability and medical malpractice.

In the specialized area of real estate brokerage law, Mr. Hennessey has significant experience including the litigation and mediation of business disputes on behalf of brokerages and claims brought against real estate licensees. He represents brokers and salespersons before the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and local real estate boards and provides guidance to clients on general brokerage issues. He has been involved in matters brought before the New Jersey Supreme Court, the New Jersey Appellate Division, and the Office of Administrative Law with broad-based impacts on New Jersey’s real estate brokerage industry.

A resident of Mercer County, Gloria is a Broker Associate with Compass in Princeton, and holds a broker’s license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association—Real Estate Section, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®, served as a Nominating Committee Member for Bright MLS, and was Membership Director for Women’s Council of REALTORS® Mercer County Chapter.

She is a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® and former committee and workgroup member of NAR, and was an Inaugural Mentor for the NAR Spire Program. She is also a REALTORS® Political Action Committee Golden “R” President’s Circle Member.

On the state level, Gloria serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She has served as Triple Play Convention Committee Chair, Risk Management Committee Vice-Chair, the Legal Affairs Division Officer, Professional Standards and Risk Management Committees. Gloria also serves as an Issues Mobilization Fund Trustee and RPAC of New Jersey Trustee.

Locally, Gloria is a CORE Association of REALTORS® Past President, Mercer County Association of REALTORS® Past President, Board of Directors Member, and has served and chaired numerous committees at the local level since 2008. In 2020, Gloria was named REALTOR® of the Year for New Jersey REALTORS® and CORE Association of REALTORS®.

Yuliya V. Tedeschi, Esq. joined New Jersey REALTORS® in 2021 as General Counsel and is involved in all aspects of the association’s legal affairs. She serves on several committees and works closely with members to promote compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines impacting the real estate industry. She also serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Issues Committee.

Yuliya is a graduate of the University of Delaware and obtained her J.D. at the Delaware Law School (formerly Widener University School of Law). She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
