Clara Capano was born and raised in San Jose, CA and now lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her son Nicholas 18 and her dog Lulu. Clara has earned her BA in English and Communications from the University of San Diego, CA and an MA in Organizational Leadership and Communication from the University of Denver, CO. Clara has been in the sales and training arena for more than 20 years and holds multiple coaching certifications.

Clara founded her own company Capano Speaking and Training LLC in 2009 and has been featured on NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, and Amazon Prime. She has also been featured in publications including Forbes, Inc Magazine, Shot Callers Magazine, and CEO Mom. Clara is the Bestselling Author and Host of Women Winning Their Way and Be Productive.

Heather Haase, aka "Sunshine," is a dynamic speaker and REALTOR® with over 9 years of experience. Her passion for education and innovation keeps her at the forefront of the industry.

Heather travels the country inspiring others with art of connection type classes. Her unique ability to blend fun with actionable insights leaves audiences motivated and empowered. With Heather, expect plenty of smiles, laughter, and an unmistakable dose of sunshine wherever she goes!

Sandy Hedenberg, a certified coach, has always been driven by a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Throughout her career as a Realtor®, her primary focus was on helping people achieve their goals and dreams through real estate. After nearly two decades of successful real estate sales, Sandy transitioned into a leadership role within the industry. It was during this period that she discovered her true passion for mentoring and coaching, which illuminated her desire to serve others in a more profound and meaningful way.

Kathy, a resident of Middlesex County, is Team Leader/Broker Associate for RE/MAX ONE-Team RoKa-Cranbury and 2025 President of New Jersey Realtors®. Licensed for more than 30 years, she holds a broker-salesperson’s license and is a licensed instructor.

She served as a National Association of Realtors® Committee Member for Professional Development, AEC Volunteer Leadership Advisory Board, Commitment to Excellence, and Communications. She is also a Realtors® Political Action Committee Golden “R” Hall of Fame and Presidents Circle Member.

A Women Council of Realtors® member, she served as the first Regional Vice President from NJ for Region 6, State President, Governor, and Local Chapter President. She is also a member of AREAA Central Jersey and NAHREP Somerset.

Believing in always keeping current and bringing her best, she holds the ABR, SRES, PMN, CRS, SRS designations, and the AHWD, PSA, SFR, and RSPS certifications.

Lynne spent the first 10 years of her career life pursuing a professional acting career, and performed on stage off Broadway, in summer stock, and dinner theatre, on television in soap operas, and in movies as both a walk on and small role performer. She then began working with the NY Health and Racquet Clubs in NYC, working as both an instructor and administrative assistant, and worked her way up to senior manager. She left to go into real estate 23 years ago, working for 16 years for a local broker in Verona at Citrano and Associates Realtors, and then moving 7 years ago to Coldwell Banker Montclair.

She has continuously been a member of the Circle of Excellence since 1990, has received the Distinguished Sales Award for 10 or more years in the Circle of Excellence, was Realtor of the Year in 2001 and 2016 for the West Essex Board of Realtors has served on many committees with her local board and New Jersey Realtors.

Lynne is the 2025 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors-New Jersey.

Monica Neubauer is an international speaker and an award-winning real estate agent with more than 20 years in the industry. Monica is the host of 2 podcasts, the National Association of REALTORS Center for REALTOR Development Podcast and An Open Conversation with Mark and Monica.

Monica's insights have impacted thousands through national media including The Residential Specialist Magazine, Realtor Magazine, and multiple podcasts like The Joe Fearless podcast. She is the author of Straight Talk for Real Estate Success - 80 Tips for Organizing, Structuring, and Promoting your Business and a contributor to the book Own the Microphone. She has the following real estate designations, ABR, CRS, SRES, SRS, CIPS, EPro, AHWD, RENE and GRI. She is also a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) with the National Speaker Association. In 2023 she was awarded the Tennessee Realtors Education Foundation’s Educator of the Year.

She's a sought-after speaker on topics like communication, negotiation, entrepreneurial burnout, "Fun-tentional" Living as well as Real Estate Business Strategy and Leadership.

Tammy Noll-Adams, a REALTOR® from Atlanta, Georgia, is the 2025 National President for the National Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Tammy is the Southern Regional X-Celerater Coach for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers. She mentors with passion, guiding others to effectively strengthen and elevate their business skills and leadership vision to new heights.

She currently serves on her Local, State, and National Associations, where she has held various roles, including Local Director, State Director, Committee Chair, and appointments by several Presidents to serve on advisory groups and task forces.

Tammy is a national speaker and inspirational leader. She is passionate about her family, often quoting her motto, "family first", and spends most of her spare time with her grandsons. Her favorite color is purple, and her 2025 theme as National President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® is "Stronger Together".

Brenda has been within the real estate space for 27 years - starting as a Salesperson then to a Broker Associate, then to owning a franchise and now leading a team at Keller Williams. She loves her job and working with people to attain the American dream.

Brenda serves on several boards and committees - currently as the President of the NEXUS Association of REALTORS®, Past President and State Liaison for the Women's Council of REALTORS®-NJ, on the New Jersey REALTORS® Board of Directors and Risk Management Committee and as a Trustee of the New Jersey REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation and National Association of REALTORS® Director.

A resident of Hamilton, Miesha brings insight and knowledge of the area and its encompassing neighborhoods. For the past 10 years she and her husband have been learning and gaining knowledge in the real estate world by living from coast to coast due to work related relocations. During that time, Miesha has become a real estate investor as well.

Her ability to relate to buyers, renters, and investors alike, allows her to represent clients with a deep understanding of their needs in the ever-changing market.

During her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, photography, and spending time with family and close friends. She is a bit of an adventurer, always willing to try new things.

Yuliya V. Tedeschi, Esq. joined New Jersey REALTORS® in 2021 as General Counsel and is involved in all aspects of the association’s legal affairs. She serves on several committees and works closely with members to promote compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines impacting the real estate industry. She also serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Issues Committee.

Yuliya is a graduate of the University of Delaware and obtained her J.D. at the Delaware Law School (formerly Widener University School of Law). She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
