As chief executive officer, Jarrod C. Grasso leads NJ Realtors® in its mission to serve the professional needs of its members, develop programs and services to conduct business successfully and ethically, and advocate for private property rights and the real estate industry. Jarrod joined the association in 1999 and was promoted to vice president of government affairs in 2002. For 9 years, he served as NJ Realtors®’ chief lobbyist before reaching his current role.

In addition to his work in New Jersey, Jarrod has maintained an active role on the national association level and served as a National Association of Realtors® Director and Chair of the Association Executives Committee in 2015. In 2006, Jarrod was honored by NAR with the Realtor® association Certified Executive designation, which recognizes his specialized industry knowledge and achievements. In 2013 Jarrod was inducted into the NAR Association Executives Committee’s Dr. Almon R. “Bud” Smith Leadership Society. Jarrod has been honored on numerous occasions for his work within the association and for his involvement in his local community.

Currently, he serves as vice-chair of the foundation board at Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health Community Medical Center and currently serves on the board of directors for the hospital. He is also a member of the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide Board. Jarrod also received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University in 2004. In 2015, Jarrod was recognized by the Women’s Political Caucus of New Jersey with the Good Guy Award for his leadership in advancing policies in support of women and families. He has previously been selected by business publication, NJBIZ, as a winner in the annual “Forty Under 40” award program. In 2020, Jarrod received the National Association of Realtors® William R. Magel Award of Excellence for excelling in his role as an association executive.

Tracey Hawkins, also known as “Tracey, the Safety Lady,” is the host of REALTOR® Magazine’s podcast, “Drive With NAR: The Safety Series.” Hawkins is a former real estate agent and a national safety expert, educator and content creator since 1995. She has created 13 innovative and dynamic safety and security programs, including the country’s only real estate safety designation; the only brokerage office safety certification; and an AI, ChatGPT and deepfake dangers and solutions program.

Katie Lance is the CEO and Co-Founder of Katie Lance Consulting. Katie is a nationally known keynote speaker at conferences and events. For the past 10 years, she has been working with real estate agents and brokers to help them get smarter about how to use social media to grow their business. Her specialty is in helping real estate agents and brokers achieve big results using social media without spending a ton of time!

She is also the author of the best-selling book, #GetSocialSmart and the founder of the #GetSocialSmart Academy.

Katie has been named one of the most 100 influential people in real estate by Inman News and is a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post.

She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two beautiful boys.

Marki Lemons Ryhal is a licensed Managing Broker, REALTOR®, avid volunteer, Major Investor, President’s Circle, Federal Political Coordinator, Podcast Host of Drive with NAR & Social Selling Made Simple, 30 times published author, and 6X International Best-Selling Author. Marki Lemons-Ryhal is dedicated to all things real estate. With 30+ years of marketing and education experience, Marki has taught over 1,000,000 people (face-to-face and virtually) since 1993.

Marki holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Chicago State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University, and sixty-four real estate-related licenses, certifications, and designations.

A resident of Mercer County, Gloria is a Broker Associate with Compass in Princeton, and holds a broker’s license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association—Real Estate Section, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals®, served as a Nominating Committee Member for Bright MLS, and was Membership Director for Women’s Council of REALTORS® Mercer County Chapter.

She is a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® and former committee and workgroup member of NAR, and was an Inaugural Mentor for the NAR Spire Program. She is also a REALTORS® Political Action Committee Golden “R” President’s Circle Member.

On the state level, Gloria serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She has served as Triple Play Convention Committee Chair, Risk Management Committee Vice-Chair, the Legal Affairs Division Officer, Professional Standards and Risk Management Committees. Gloria also serves as an Issues Mobilization Fund Trustee and RPAC of New Jersey Trustee.

Locally, Gloria is a CORE Association of REALTORS® Past President, Mercer County Association of REALTORS® Past President, Board of Directors Member, and has served and chaired numerous committees at the local level since 2008. In 2020, Gloria was named REALTOR® of the Year for New Jersey REALTORS® and CORE Association of REALTORS®.

Morin currently serves as a New Jersey Realtors® Educational Foundation Trustee, NJ RPAC Trustee, and is the Professional Development Division Officer. She is a member of the Political Affairs Committee and served as 2018 Convention Committee Vice-Chair. On the local level, Morin serves on Metro Centre Association of Realtors® Board of Directors. She also serves on local committees including Budget & Finance, RPAC Fundraising, Public Relations, Bylaws, Education, and Realtor® of the Year.

In 2019 Morin was a Member of the National Association of Realtors® Association Executive Committee Volunteer Leadership Advisory Board, and in 2018 was a member on the NAR Professional Development Committee. In 2017 Morin was named Realtor® of the Year on the state and local level.

Brenda has been within the real estate space for 27 years - starting as a Salesperson then to a Broker Associate, then to owning a franchise and now leading a team at Keller Williams. She loves her job and working with people to attain the American dream.

Brenda serves on several boards and committees - currently as the President of the NEXUS Association of REALTORS®, Past President and State Liaison for the Women's Council of REALTORS®-NJ, on the New Jersey REALTORS® Board of Directors and Risk Management Committee and as a Trustee of the New Jersey REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation and National Association of REALTORS® Director.

Yuliya V. Tedeschi, Esq. joined New Jersey REALTORS® in 2021 as General Counsel and is involved in all aspects of the association’s legal affairs. She serves on several committees and works closely with members to promote compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines impacting the real estate industry. She also serves on the National Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Issues Committee.

Yuliya is a graduate of the University of Delaware and obtained her J.D. at the Delaware Law School (formerly Widener University School of Law). She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
